Movement for Good

Empower employee engagement by integrating physical movement with CSR initiatives
  • Active Charity

Connecting employees to your corporate philanthropy by rewarding everyone with a monetary amount to donate to their chosen charities once a target of 150 minutes of physical movement per week has been met – rather like a digital version of the supermarket charity tokens.

Funds are accumulated into a dedicated employee account, which can be regularly allocated to a list of charities pre-determined by the employer.

Unlike most physical wellbeing apps, the focus is on establishing a connection between good causes and a commitment among users to lifelong behavioural change.

Movement for Good

Get active and turn physical movement into a range of rewards and incentives.
  • Movement for Good is a multi-pronged programme which allows businesses to harness the collective energy of their employee physical movement to support their CSR strategies.

Our initiatives offer incentives to employees who complete physical activities, supporting educational settings and contributing to environmental sustainability.

Businesses have the freedom to choose from a variety of options that best suit and motivate their employees, while also making a positive societal impact.

  • Active Education

By participating in movement challenges, employees earn school meals or school days, ensuring that every activity contributes to a child's education. So far this year, 8,600 school meals have been donated.

  • Active Trees

We have to date planted over 110,000 trees. Through our platform, employees earn trees by meeting specific movement goals, such as moving for 30 minutes every day, fostering a culture of health and ecological stewardship.

  • The Impact

Employees find motivation in rewards and incentives, knowing that their movement not only enhances their own mental and physical wellbeing but also does good for others. This dual benefit drives their commitment to engage in movement initiatives, fostering a culture of purpose and collective impact within the workplace.

“Working with Total Active Hub has enabled us to deliver a platform for physical wellbeing and team engagement. Their automated user-friendly application has removed the need for spreadsheets; thus, delivering a fun but competitive event in a very efficient way”

Ian, Lloyds Bank
“Easy to set up (I'm not that techie and i set up our team in a minute!!) Good data to see and keep yourself motivated.”

User feedback, SWR
“Actually got addicted to doing exercise, I was going out at least 3 times a day, even when at work, I would go out in the evening in all weathers and actually enjoy it.”

User feedback, SWR
“It gave me a sense to do more taking part in Move for 30. Time is something we all have but focus shifts with work commitments. This gave me an opportunity to get the best out of myself.”

User feedback, SWR
“I loved the challenge of ensuring we all did it and the competitive nature. It also meant we got up from our desks at least once a day whereas before we would not move until home time.”

User feedback, SWR
“The main point for me was that the longer the challenge went on the more I was motivated to ensure I continued to complete the task, and to continue afterwards. These things are great because they become habit forming.”

User feedback, Arbuthnot
