How do you like to keep active? What activities do you enjoy the most?

I usually like to do a number of activities to keep active which include going to the gym, cycling and I have now joined the wave of playing padel. I also like to go for long walks from time to time just to keep it fresh

Why do you feel it is important to lead a physically active lifestyle?

This is important to me because it’s quite easy to just let life get in the way. I want to be as mobile as possible and have strength well into my latter years. It also helps with clearing my head and just feeling good. Health is wealth

How does the Active Hub platform support your physical movement?

It really encourages me to stay with the events during the month. It’s helpful in showing the progress of other participants as well in case I can’t go out and be active and I need a reminder that there are others out there as well

How has participating in Active Hub events helped increase your engagement with other colleagues?

It helps especially with the team exercises, it encourages a bit of competition amongst colleagues as well as speaking about how we each share similarities and differences for keeping active

Has having the Active Hub in place via your employer enabled you to lead a more active lifestyle?

It definitely has and it gives me motivation to continue to be as active as possible

What is your current active goal?

To build as much endurance as possible. I’ve been able to achieve my other goals for now
