How do you like to keep active? What activities do you enjoy the most?
I like running, walking and circuit/weight training (HIIT). I used to cycle a lot and still like the speed and ability to explore further afield, but am trying to do more weight-bearing exercise as I age.
Why do you feel it is important to lead a physically active lifestyle?

I am aiming to improve my local 5k park run time to below 23 minutes.
