How do you like to keep active? What activities do you enjoy the most?

I stay active by playing basketball twice a week, going to the gym, walking regularly, and enjoying football and tennis. I also run occasionally. Basketball is the activity I enjoy the most.

Why do you feel it is important to lead a physically active lifestyle?

Being active helps me relieve stress and maintain good physical health. It keeps me energised, improves my overall wellbeing, and helps me stay focused in both my personal life and at work.

How does the Active Hub platform support your physical movement?

The Active Hub has added a new element of motivation by introducing a sense of challenge. It makes my sports and activities feel more purposeful and structured.

How has participating in Active Hub events helped increase your engagement with other colleagues?

It has helped a lot—I often check who is leading the rankings and interact with them. It creates healthy competition and gives us something fun to talk about, which strengthens team connections.

Has having the Active Hub in place via your employer enabled you to lead a more active lifestyle?

Yes, definitely. It encourages me to stay consistent and push myself a little further.

What is your current active goal?

I recently joined the Movember challenge with three colleagues, and I’m looking forward to the December challenge as well. My current goal is to stay committed, increase my weekly activity levels, and continue improving my overall fitness.
