Why do you feel it is important to lead a physically active lifestyle?
With my role, I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk. Mentally, it makes me feel better.
How does the Active Hub platform support your physical movement?
It gives me the incentive to sign up for challenges that make me move more.
How has participating in Active Hub events helped increase your engagement with other colleagues?
In the past, I have competed with other colleagues on challenges. This gives me a focus to 'do my bit' as I would not want to let anyone down. But it also gets me motivated.
Has having the Active Hub in place via your employer enabled you to lead a more active lifestyle?
I have flitted in and out but feel now is the time to be more pro active. My aim is to sign up for more challenges.
How do you like to keep active, what activities do you enjoy the most?
I am not as active as I would like to be but I do enjoy just putting my headphones on and going for a walk.
What is your current active goal?
To keep moving once this challenge has been completed.
