The Arbuthnot movement programme ensures year-round engagement, motivating employees through diverse, accessible initiatives.
- Always-on Calendar: Monthly movement events catered to all fitness levels, ensuring consistent engagement.
- Flagship Events: Special events such as the Million Metre Challenge added highlight moments to drive motivation.
- Movement for Good Initiatives: Employees were incentivized to participate in movement challenges, linking their physical activity to CSR goals.
- In-person Events: Regional walking clubs and office-based challenges promoted daily movement.
- Wellbeing Ambassadors: Employees across the business promoted and championed the programme, fostering a supportive community.
- Virtual Monthly Events: Accessible to all employees, these virtual challenges offered voucher incentives for participation.
- Active Charity: Employees could support regional charities through movement-related initiatives like the "Move for Meals" programme, where every 30 minutes of movement contributed to providing school meals via a partnership with The Felix Project.

Everyday movement is creating huge energy and engagement within Arbuthnot Latham; here are just some of the stats:

Arbuthnot wanted to bring together colleagues from across all regions and departments for an in-person adventure. The Brecons Beacons Horseshoe route was chosen as a challenging but rewarding location. Included in the adventure:
- Qualifying event hosted on the Active Hub to be entered into the prize draw, to win one of the 20 places available.
- Pre event calls and training plans provided to all joining the weekend.
- Weekend stay at the Celtic Manor Resort, an ideal base with easy access from across the UK for participants.
- The walk was led by our mountaineer expert Nick Hollis and his team of guides, who expertly coached and supported the group throughout the walk. With guidance of pace, motivational encouragement and always with a bag of treats to reward at each rest break!
- Strong team support throughout the day, with colleagues connecting, encouraging and motivating each other – no team member was ever walking alone.
- Climbed 4-peaks Corn Du (873m) >> Pen y Fan (886m) >> Cribyn (795m) >> Fan y Big (719m).
- Post walk motivational speech by Nick Hollis and dinner finished off this wonderful event.

As well as networking active weekend, this was also the opportunity to fundraise for the charities supported by Arbuthnot

Move for Meals was an event concept brought to life following a partnership with The Felix Project, the theme of the charity donation for this event was school meals.
Move for Meals:
- Team Challenge: Teams of 6 pledged to move for 30 active minutes for 28 days.
- School Meal Achieved: Each day that 30 minutes was achieved, a school meal was rewarded, with a bonus meal if all 7 days in a week were completed.
- Activities: This is the most inclusive movement event run, with all activities includes to earn the daily point.
- Tracking: The tracking of activities via the MyActiveHub app, or by connecting their own fitness device, Strava, Garmin or FitBit.
- In-person walks: Colleagues took the opportunity to arrange regional walks during lunchtime to get their active minutes in, returning refreshed and focused.
- Leaderboards: Teams were able to see the ‘live’ leaderboard of team placement, and individual achievements.
- Prizes: Additional weekly incentive prizes of healthy eating vouchers were given.

- 8,668 meals achieved
- 18,664 miles travelled
